  Love it.. Absolutely best thing that could have came to Maple ridge. Had the Vital Veggie here and bought the Alchemist as well and I have to say for $17 you just can't go wrong. Being a vegetarian and eating out has it's limitations, especially around here.. So having a place like this around here has been a blessing!

  Was very anxious to try out as Maple Ridge really needs a place like this. My husband and I ordered take our. Two different brown rice bowls. Rice was very dry with limited other ingredients and no dressing . The juice I tried had little taste. PhoNed the next day and staff didn't seem to care.

  The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was ok. Small portions, but super healthy. Nothing too special. The fresh pressed juices and milks were good but way too expensive to buy regularly. I do like that they grow some of they're ingredients in house. I had very high hopes for this place and I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately I was kind of disappointed. I probably won't be back.

  This restaurant is amazing. The cold-press juice is delicious and super nutritious. If you're looking for a restaurant to eat clean, fresh, healthy, and affordable, this is your go-to place. My partner usually doesn't bother too much about these healthy eating diets or cold-pressed juice (he's the junk-food kind of guy). I made him try cold-pressed juice at another store and he hated it. However, when we tried the cold-pressed juice at Avo, especially the Boost, he instantly fell in love with it. The Mediterranean sandwich is another tasteful choice. Highly recommend this place to everyone :)

  Food was uneatable. The rice was stale and the sauces are bland. No taste what so ever. Service was good. But the place was noisy. Barely any chicken. Tasted like it was frozen
